While we operate as a dry hire studio, we work closely with a curated network of freelance engineers who are experienced in our space. These independent engineers aren’t in-house, but they know the studio well and come highly recommended.
George Silcock
Recording and mix engineer George Silcock has over 10 years of experience working across recording, production, editing, and post. He has supported artists ranging from solo rappers to indie bands, applying a flexible approach to suit each session. With a strong focus on performance capture, clarity, and translation, he combines a people-focused mindset with an efficient workflow to deliver consistent, high-quality, release-ready results under professional studio conditions.
Manon Molyneux
With six years of engineering experience, Manon has worked across a wide range of genres from rock, indie-folk, jazz and pop to R&B. With a background in engineering, songwriting, production, live sound, and as a multi-instrumentalist, she brings a creative, well-rounded approach to sessions. Her work is collaborative and artist-focused, creating music that feels authentic and exciting to each client’s sound. She enjoys helping artists bring their vision to life, whether that’s capturing the perfect take or shaping a project from the start.
Danny Thomas
Danny Thomas is a record producer, recording engineer, mixer, and mastering engineer whose work has amassed over 250 million streams and radio plays worldwide. His credits span a diverse range of genres, with artists including Steve Winwood, John Lydon, Gregory Porter, Osibisa and Enter Shikari. Alongside music production, Danny works in film and television audio post-production with names including Daisy May Cooper, Richard E. Grant and Riley Keough, Liz Hurley and Richard Hammond. Danny has worked on television productions for the BBC and ITV and Disney including Peaky Blinders, Loki and Am I Being Unreasonable?
